1. General Rules
1.1. Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00.
1.2. Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
1.3. Respect other guests and the surrounding environment.
1.4. Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the holiday houses.
2. Conduct and Quiet Hours
2.1. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00 (11PM - 7AM).
2.2. Loud music or noise is not permitted if it disturbs other guests or neighbors.
2.3. Children must remain under the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.
2.4. Guests must show respect towards other visitors, staff, and neighbors.
2.5. Guests must be of legal age or accompanied by an adult.
3. Use of Property and Equipment
3.1. Please handle inventory, furniture, appliances, and premises with care.
3.2. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or loss caused.
3.3. Moving furniture or equipment without prior approval from management is prohibited.
3.4. If a key or remote control is lost, the guest covers replacement costs (€100).
3.5. Any damages or losses must be reported to the host immediately and not concealed.
3.6. Movement around the property is only allowed in designated areas, not on the lawn.
3.7. Please do not touch or move the lawn-mowing i-robot.
4. Safety
4.1. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited (permitted only in designated outdoor areas).
4.2. For guest safety and property protection, video surveillance may operate in the area.
4.3. The hosts are not responsible for guests' personal belongings.
4.4. In case of fire or emergency, immediately call 112 and inform the hosts.
5. Pets
5.1. Pets are only allowed with prior agreement.
5.2. Pets must not disturb other guests or damage the property.
6. Waste and Environment
6.1. Waste must be disposed of in designated containers.
6.2. Please sort waste if required.
6.3. Do not leave litter in nature or on the property grounds.
6.4. Let's keep our environment clean and tidy – let's take care together.
6.5. Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas.
7. Responsibility and Penalties
7.1. In case of rule violations, management reserves the right to evict guests without a refund.
7.2. Guests are responsible for any damages caused.
7.3. Use of fire and safety rules must be arranged in advance and complied with usage rules.
Prohibited Activities
– Use of drugs, illegal substances, or excessive alcohol consumption.
– Possession and/or use of weapons, fireworks, or dangerous items on the premises.
